“We had a fantastic stay at this property during our trip to the Grand Canyon. Located about 30 minutes from downtown Williams, the home offered the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and convenient access to shops and restaurants.The house itself was spotless and thoughtfully updated with modern touches throughout. “We stayed the night to be near Grand Canyon. The 1 mile dirt road was not so bad. The unit was as spacious as a hotel room would be. The 2 bathrooms were also spacious and the heater works fine! Large parking area. Neighbors are quiet. I believe this is really a place for travelers to just sleep and carry on. The Tiny home was also very clean and the check in and out instructions were very clear. I highly recommend this place.”

“Very comfortable for our family of 5. The kitchen was very well equipped. It's basically as close as you can get to the Grand Canyon for a rental house. Some of the decor is outdated and could be updated, and the water pressure was often low or uneven. Very peaceful and quiet, with beautiful sunsets. ”

“Nice that the 2 bedrooms were set up on opposite ends of the house. Coffee was supplied, as well as a nice water dispenser. Good sized table off kitchen, and beds were comfortable. Great location about 25 minutes from entrance to Grand Canyon. ”

“Great place and exactly as advertised (no surprises). The property was spacious, clean, comfortable with everything in good working order. The kitchen was well-equipped and stocked, making it ready for cooking and dining (having spices and oils would've made it perfect). “We LOVED our stay at this rental. The place was very clean and bright. The rental unit was quiet and you felt like you were in the desert alone but still close to the Grand Canyon Village and other tourist hot spots. The host was wonderful to work with. “It is advertised to accommodate four people, however there were NO blankets for the couch bed and only two towels. The pictures make it look dreamy but the road you drive down to get there is far from dreamy. We didn’t feel safe with two young children. There was animal hair on the bed and a giant stain on the couch bed (with no sheets or blankets provided so can’t call it a bed). For the price, we are terribly dissatisfied. ”

“Very nice place to stay within minutes of the Grand Canyon. Pat and Kristy were wonderful hosts in responding to our requests and meeting our needs. You're out on the open prairie and can sit in a rocker on the porch or sit by a fire. You can experience sunrises and sunsets. We had a wonderful stay”

“Clean, modern, tiny home about 30 mins outside the Grand Canyon south rim entrance. House has full sized fridge, oven, microwave, washer/dryer and bathroom. Space is clean and well furnished. Big enough for our family of 4. Nice outdoor deck with solar powered lights. Cute propane fire place to hang out near at night. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and pots and pans. “There were 7 of us (high school seniors and chaperones). The location was perfect! Everything about the home was exactly as it was listed and everything we needed. The owner was so helpful. I would stay again anytime!”

“This property was very beautiful. Had all the amenities we needed. It just sucks we weren’t notified that there wasn’t any food places near by to buy or order food. Also the whole house ran out of water because they’re was some sort of leakage in the house and the property owners weren’t really able to do much since it was late at night and the inconvenience of the whole 12 people included two small children weren’t able to use the restrooms at all throughout the night/morning.
