You are downtown so it does come with some concerning things when you stay in any downtown area, parking was hard to come by and costly, but again to be expected for a busy area. “I had a wonderful experience this pass weekend. The directions they give you are clear and thorough. I did not see the attendant downstairs, but there was no need for one. They give you the attendant number if needed. All 4 days I didn't have one question or complaint. I loved the garage being attached to the building. If you park on floor 3 on up, you can take the elevator from the garage to your room floor. That was very convenient. The condo was so nice. It felt like home. A very nice home.……

“I was sceptical at first because there were reviews about it being in a rough neighbourhood , however, that is not the case it is right beside the medical school and veterans hospital. It is a 5 minute walk to the canal street car, taking less than 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter. We had no issue walking to and from the place at night. Very clean, very quiet and amazing for the price. I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a nice place to stay and I quiet place to sleep. ”

“Great location and reasonable price, although there is no front desk people, the online chat is nice and efficient. The only problem is no place to store luggage temporarily. The check out time is 10AM, if you have a late afternoon flight, that will be very troublesome. Since there is lots of space in the first floor, I suggest them to place some coin lockers for the guests. Overall, it is a nice place and I will consider to stay there again.”

“Excellent accommodation. We had a 2 bedroom suite with terrace and 2 bathrooms for 10 nights. Location is only a 20 minute walk to the French Quarter, on the way you have a well stocked supermarket and restaurants. Used the rooftop pool and terrace, pool towels provided.
