“We had a wonderful time staying here. The neighborhood is very walkable, the building is beautiful. It’s a great location, within walking distance of everything. The local restaurants are great, Grubhub for the nights when we just wanted to stay in. The only negative was that the family upstairs sounds like a herd of buffalo, stomping around from 6am to well after 10pm. ”

“This apartment was clean, had plenty of room, and was well equipped as far as amenities. The neighborhood is great, laid back and quiet but things are happening around there as well. “Wonderful experience! The location is perfect and it’s a beautiful, well equipped home. What made this stay superb were the hosts. Hands down the best ever. Howard & Jasmine offered every detail you can imagine and many we never considered. (Rain jackets!) We were difficult guests — my husband ignored instructions on the door keypads, sending them multiple alerts. My cooking set off the fire alarm. We forgot to tell them when we left. Despite the headaches we caused they remained kind and……

“The apartment is centrally locatated to everything in Washington. The host is extremely gracious and went the extra mile to assure our stay was fantastic. I would definitely recomend!”

“Our stay was better than I expected. The home was clean and user friendly. The second bed that was listed was actually a blow-up queen mattress but there was plenty of bedding for it. The property was in a nice area with plenty of easy parking on the street. The location gave easy access to the Metro station and downtown DC. The property manager was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.”

“The managers were super responsive, check in was easy and the place had everything I needed for a short stay. Located near a lot of important landmarks, and not far from the Capitol, Wharf or the airport. I noticed folks in the neighborhood were also kind, alert and helpful.”
