“Every year my cousin and I get together to celebrate our wedding anniversaries, since we got married 3 weeks apart. This place was a perfect location, with a beautiful view. The host was wonderful and the house was very clean. We enjoyed fishing in the pond. What a great trip!”

“We spent our honeymoon here. We absolutely love the outdoors. Love being out in the middle of nowhere. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the birds. We loved it so much that we have booked it for our first anniversary next year. Thanks!!”

“We rented this home for a group of 10 friends and overall we enjoyed our stay. The theater room upstairs is by far the highlight, but the pool table and hot tub were also well used. The home is definitely a little neglected. It almost seems like a model home that was never lived in but the garage shows signs of a full time resident. The biggest concern was privacy, as there are no curtains or blinds on any of the windows. The hot tub was murky and had debris. Little things were missing in the……

“What a perfect place for us all to land for a family wedding (not far away at Sivua Gardens in Caldwell). Six bedrooms and multiple levels made it comfortable and spacious for everyone. The firepit was a great feature and we enjoyed having a grill, too. Many thanks for a wonderful stay! ”

“This house was perfect for our large family get together to celebrate a wedding in the area. Large yard for kids to play in, swimming pool and hot tub to enjoy, and even a game room. It was clean, organized, and well suited for entertaining a large group.”

The owner Danielle was so responsive to any need we had. She left us fresh eggs in a sweet little "coop" on the kitchen counter.. We were able to relax and have family time. “The Home was very clean and accommodating. It's has the best view from the deck you would think you were in Gatlinburg staying in the Smokies. We all over slept out first night there because the beds are so comfortable and it was such a quiet peaceful area. We visited the Wilds Safari which was an amazing tour of you go ask for Dave to be your guide you won't regret it and won't regret staying at this home either.”

“Very comfortable and functional house for the six of us who stayed this past weekend for a local memorial service. Amazing lake scenary!!! Nice furnished cover porch with a fire pit. Also a nice pub with great pizza, wings, and salads near the end of the house driveway.”

“Property condition was very accurate to the listing. The check in process was very easy. Communication with the owner was very easy. He reached out to make sure everything was going well. My daughter and I were visiting family and usually stay in a hotel, however I wanted to try something different and I'm glad I did. I will try stay at this property in the future.”
