Good amount of space, ability for separate sleeping areas, comfortable TV area, suitable kitchen (did not need to eat out every meal), full refrigerator. Very safe area - no worries about car being vandalized or theft. Added bonus of having our own private pool. Host was tremendous in working with us on arrival and ultra fast response to questions.
