“Our family take two mini vacations a year. This time we decided to do a non-tourist, non event kind of vacation. This property was perfect. The home was very tastefully decorated, and we enjoyed the host's personal art, which could be seen in every room. The layout of the home and the outside lent itself to a "stay home" kind of vacation, yet when someone needed space there was somewhere, inside or outside to go. The outside was absolutely what we needed. Fishing occurred every morning either……

The owners were so nice, informative, and stayed in co tact with us throughout the whole process of booking until checkout. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this rental.”

“We were in town for a softball tournament nearby. Location was convenient. Area was quiet even though there were plenty of neighbors. It was obvious a lot of upgrades had been made to the house. It was clean and nicely decorated. Owner was responsive which I appreciated.”

“We were in town for the Coast Guard Marathon. The race goes right by the house, and the kids enjoyed cheering along the runners. The road was also open enough that my husband could spend the beginning at the house, and meet me at the finish. We had our kids 2.5 and 5 with us. They enjoyed being able to see the horses and donkeys every day when returning home. On night one, there were two deer in the backyard, followed by 30 the next night. Easy jaunt down to the waterfront. Very peaceful……

“Overall this was the perfect house for our short visit! Very clean and well stocked.Our only complaint was all the snow, unusual for this area. Fortunately we had a shovel and salt with us, which we had to use on the back deck and front stairs.”
