“We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home while celebrating our daughter’s college graduation and her outdoor track & field conference championships. “I had a surprise visit from family members over Thanksgiving, ended up staying here for 6 days. The home was not clean. There wasn’t enough towels to support 6 guests, as I requested. The pool table is awful; broken, warped, not one functional que, nor are there even similar sized balls to play. Plus, the HVAC system couldn’t warm the house during the “cold” 48 degree nights. The worst part is the honesty of the owners. I was charged for taking towels, yeah, even though they didn’t provide……

“Stayed here before and it kind of went downhill since in looks, cleanliness, and functionality. Looks like the place was broken into not too long ago and they put a new janky front door that’s difficult to open and close. My brother’s toddler was crawling everywhere and her knees were BLACK with dirt and grime from the floors not being cleaned… same with the bottoms of our feet/socks. The Brita pitchers looked a little suspicious to drink from (we ended up buying our own water jugs), curtain……

“Love this house! The location was wonderful! It’s close to river, zoo, park and in a lovely little neighborhood. The house was clean and everything we needed was there. King bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed all aspects of the house. Will definitely stay here again if in the Sacramento area and will happily refer our friends. ”
