“Great location to get to the Iowa State Fair for a concert. Also the East Village is charming, enjoyed breakfast there the next morning. ”

“Easy to get to and from where we needed to be. Small but clean and met all the needs for sleeping except one part-basement included sleeping option for the couch but doesn’t work if you’re over 6 feet tall. We managed with that since it was a teenager. :) Overall we’re planning to stay again!”

“This house is amazing for a larger group! Plenty of space to lounge & sleep without feeling over-crowded. Nice big kitchen and fridge with freezer to make our own meals. The bbq grill & outside patio with fire pit was perfect at night. Plenty of towels for showering, and appreciated the soap for sinks; many vrbos do not provide that. Matt was very responsive & made sure we had everything we needed! We did not utilize the game room in the garage, but hope to be back some day so we can! Definitely……

“Listing was clear and met expectations. Close to a parking ramp was nice. Also the proximity to the 4th street district and Principal Park being walking distance was a plus. Would stay again if in the area.”

“We stayed here during our annual trip to the Iowa State Fair and Adventureland. We had 5 couples and 2 children. We had plenty of space for all of us, including bedrooms. There were even toys for the kids! We had plenty of seating at meal time and found everything we needed in the kitchen for meal preparation. The beds were so, so, so comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!”
