“The service was good, the room was clean and everything worked well in the room. I would definitely stay agian. Small things to improve. We stayed on the 8th floor and we were told to use the 9th floor breakfast lounge. The key to the elevator would not let us go beyong the 8th floor. When we talked to the receptionist they had to have the approval of their supervisor to give us a different card for us to use the elevator to go to the 9th floor to eat breakfast. Again ,we asked if we can have……

The rooms are clean and spacious with a small balcony ,, the bedding is comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful, as well as the dinner I took several times .. There is a good internet connection. “I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation. I reported minor damage to a floor tile & this was repaired within 30 minutes & checked by Mr Sirak. Very efficient. The hotel is in Bole region, in South Gate Plaza.
