"A basic capsule hotel at the South Terminal of Gatwick Airport. Convenient location. The price is considered at a high side with its facilities. "

"The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain. However, the hotel is indeed very close to the airport."

"It was not a very bad hotel but it happened to have some car event outside the hotel at the carpark and so we were not able to get a parking space. And I heard that these events happened all the time so just in case if you are bumping into one of there it’s gonna be a big trouble ( terrible traffic and no parking space till 10pm)"

"There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. I didn't feel any difference with and without this IHG thing. I had free WiFi and breakfast were included."

"We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future."
