“When we arrived, the hotel was locked and no one was available at the front desk until 11 am. The staff left again at 7 pm. Your on your own after that.The hotel was charming and the room was beautiful. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Spongy fruit and limited choices even for a continental breakfast. The front desk staff was wonderful and most accomodating. Most restaurants and wineries were closed because of snow, so no transport around town either. The next day most were open again.……

The community app was not up to date with facility times, but once we picked up a newsletter, we had all the information we needed. “The house was beautiful and clean. It worked out perfect for our family get together. Large space for when we were cooking, eating and playing games and plenty of other spaces when we were spread out. Great communication with the host and clear instructions about all the details.
