“The beachfront rental was exactly as advertised!Genevieve has excellent communication skills and was available to greet us upon arrival!The home was clean and had all amenities as listed! I particularly loved the location and private beach access!The interior decor was lovely and comfortable! I enjoyed the seahorse theme that was carried throughout property! Overall ..highly recommend!”

“I love how the house was set up! There was some things under the beds that I feel should be put up! I filled up all the soap bottles! I tried to keep the floors swept and cleaned up! ”

“This was our first visit to Carolina Beach. We really liked it. Good restaurants within walking distance. Andrew and Joanne’s condo exceeded our expectations. It was clean and had everything you need to make you feel right at home. Very prompt to respond to anything we needed. Would definitely stay there again. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!”
