“It's the little things that put this over the top. Jim left us lots of water, Hershey's kisses, and blueberry muffins. He's very hospitable and gave us a full tour of the property when we arrived. We stayed for a long weekend. We took advantage of the fire pit one night. It was nice commutable distance to LBI, about 45 minutes at peak traffic (and he had beach badges for us to use). “This house met our families needs perfectly. We spent two days at sesame place and it was a short drive as the description says. The split a/c units worked great and were well appreciated since it was in the 90s each day that we were there. Although the house is on a busy street, there are sidewalks on both sides of the road which made walking easy. We loved the coffee shop down the road and went to Oci’s bar and grill one night for dinner which was very good as well. Our family would definitely……

We had an issue with the grill on the deck; the owner responded and took care of the issue first thing the next day.
