“Enjoyed our stay at the Pina Colada near the beach. Short walk to beach which is a wide soft powdery sand beach. Publix nearby to stock up on groceries since Pina Colada has fully equipped kitchen. We cooked in most evenings then walked to beach to watch the awesome sunsets over the Gulf. Unit was very clean and has beach towels, beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler & wagon to haul to the beach. Enjoy!”

“A great little place off the beaten path. Perfect for two people. Pool and hot tub, has a remote to warm them up in the cooler months. Queen air mattress available for two kids, but not a ton of room to set it up. I loved the bath towels, they were huge. Screen room with chairs and sun shade by the pool was nice. Beautiful landscaping out front. Especially the arches over the sidewalks.”

“This marks my third stay with this host. This 2 bed/2 bath apartment is roomy and cozy at the same time! 2 parking spaces so if you want to bring another couple to stay, it’s not a problem. Quiet neighborhood and the WiFi is great. Tatiana scores again. 10/10 and would definitely stay again and recommend. ”

“The second floor apartment was beautiful with its little pool in a really cool spot. There is an amazing bar 5 minutes away and was super quite. ”

We had previously stayed at a condo that was right on the ocean ,but we actually preferred staying right in the center of all the restaurants, shopping etc. Communication with the rental company , Kathy was excellent . The property was updated , very clean, and organized. ”

“We could not have been happier. We've used VRBO many times, and we thought the move-in condition of this unit was the best we'd ever seen in a small, economical unit. Location so close to beach and Old San Carlos that no car is even necessary. A little noisy, due to re-construction on several other houses on the street. Ft. Myers Beach is still in rebuilding phase, but this unit is perfect right now. ”

“It was a joy to stay at this property. You can tell the overall landscape in this neighborhood is still rebuilding from the previous hurricane. It wasn't too commercialized which we liked very much. The overall stay was a 5 star for us. We did feel the price was a little much considering everyone seemed to be building back from the storm, but it was a great trip for us as a couple. Thanks for the accommodations! They were great!”
