“The property was great and the pool area was excellent. There’s lots if great dining options around and it’s a 10 minute walk along the late to get into the main centre. Unfortunately, our room faced the motorway and the constant noise from the cars made it difficult to sleep - even with earplugs. Due to that, I won’t be back for this price. ”

“The place was cute. Kitchen was fully stocked with spices, etc. cleanliness was reasonable, but not immaculate. The master shower appeared clean but smelled like mildew. Before I checked in, the manager let me know that a plumber would be coming that night to fix the downstairs toilet. In our 3 day stay, he never showed. These things happen, I don't blame the property, but, we had to go upstairs to use the bathroom. The front door lock is horrible. The 7 digit code is difficult to put in before……

“We were just in for 1 night. The complex is being remodeled, but did not interfere with our stay. This condo was well appointed (nice toiletries, lots of pillows and blankets and kitchen ware. The neighborhood is a little “sketchy” in some areas, but that is true of the area near the college in general. ”

“We had a great time staying here! House is newly renovated and super cute but it is evident that dogs were there previously!! We understand it’s a dog allowed property but it did have a pet smell upon arrival and sadly there was a pee stain on the couch. Other than the smell which we fixed with pet odor spray, it was a great location and a great two person get away! ”

“This is a great place to stay at! Checkin instructions were clear and easy. I was a little taken back by the purple paint in the pictures, but once you get there the decor really comes together. This condo is in the heart of just about everything down town Austin, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. We will be staying there again for sure!”

“The location of the place was great to all our activities whether we walked or took an Uber. We road once in a self driving Uber and it worked well! The roof top pool was really nice, albeit small and on the weekend it was very crowded. I heard people not staying could pay to use the pool, but didn't confirm that, but this seemed likely as it was so crowded. The condo was lacking in furniture as we had four adults and there was one couch (and a very small bean bag). Everything else was perfect……

“The unit doesn’t have any shared walls, so it is quiet. Within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. The views are great from the rooftop patio. We would definitely stay here again.The dedicated parking spot is a bit tight, but nice to have.”

“Spent a long weekend in Austin. Condo was within walking distance to everything downtown, steps from the Lady Bird lake trail, great views from the unit and the rooftop pool area. Clean and just as advertised. Check in easy. ”

“It was a great apartment outside south Austin which is 15 minute drive to South congress. It was a comfy vrbo with a friendly atmosphere. The owner provided great instructions and was very easy to communicate with.”
