“The location of the place was great to all our activities whether we walked or took an Uber. We road once in a self driving Uber and it worked well! The roof top pool was really nice, albeit small and on the weekend it was very crowded. I heard people not staying could pay to use the pool, but didn't confirm that, but this seemed likely as it was so crowded. The condo was lacking in furniture as we had four adults and there was one couch (and a very small bean bag). Everything else was perfect……

“Stayed here for an extended stay in Texas with my wife and her friend. Lovely building and apartment with views over the river. Location was great as it was only a short cab/uber ride to most bars, shopping malls. Also not too far from the airport . We also used the electric scooters which you will find dotted around the city too which was fun riding down to South Congress and the independent shops. ”

“Big big warning! What according to my booking should have been a two room apartment with private bathroom, twin bed in bedroom and twin bedsofa in living room turned out to be: two beedrooms in a three bedroom apartment with shared bathroom and kitchen. Sliding doors with no locks to the rooms! When complained we we’re offered a private studio with inflatable beds on the floor!!! We ended up in San Antonio at own expences, and got no refund at all!!! Please, stay away from this scam!”

We've been coming to Austin annually for the last 15 years, and this is definitely one of the best (if not "the" best) place we've stayed.Location just off Rainey is excellent - walking distance to everything we needed (perfect, as we don't rent a car when we visit Austin).Check-in was super easy, thanks to the 24-hour concierge, and communication with the owner was great - I had a few questions leading up to our check-in date,……

“The property was beautiful and met all of the needs of my family of 3. The host was very responsive and provided the required info for entry into the property before I had a chance to request it. “Me and my brother stayed here for work. Was able to enjoy the riverside with some fishing and grilling. Our trip was cut short due to work but the area is awesome with great views. The neighbor was very friendly as we one could expect in the great state of Texas. All around wonderful place ”
