“We enjoyed our stay at the River RV so much! We had pups with us and loved all the outdoor space they had to play. The hospitality was top notch!! Communication with Curtis was great. We felt so welcomed and the camper is so cozy. Such a sweet little home away from home. If we get the chance we will definitely be back!! Thank you for having us. :)”

“This property was just what we needed- quiet and peaceful! There was a little bit of wildlife (deer, hens, roosters, peacock, and many birds) and a great view of green from the patio. Smithville is a quaint town with some good shopping and dining. Curtis was very attentive and sent great information on things to do in the area. We had a great time and would definitely come back!”

“The owner Tiffani is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. She's an amazing cook as well. She shared her family recipes for breakfast and was very accommodating. I stayed in the Texas Special room which was in the main house with a balcony. The house has all the small town southern charm you'd expect.”

“The only downfall was that no washcloths were provided with the towels. The little yard was cute and enjoyable. Thanks for allowing our pups to stay.”

“The property is clean and very well maintained, I was allowed to check in early great since I drove in from out of town. The entire room was very clean including the bathroom. It is a great place to stop and rest.”

“We went just before July 4. Lots of families with kids. Room was very nice. Enough to explore. Lazy river was great even though it closed on occasion with the weather (lightning). Food was great - just a little pricey. There are activities like kayaking and fishing but they will cost more to do. The game room was the only underwhelming piece with outdated games that required purchasing a game card so it was a skip. Got to see a few deer, woodpeckers and there is an area to pet goats and……

“A unique place to stay. Perfect secluded home. Host was wonderful and replied quickly when contacted. We will definitely stay again!”

“We loved the little cottage. It was clean & homey. When you walk out the door you are faced with a wooded area. So peaceful! In the mornings and in the evenings we enjoyed sitting outside facing the woods and listening to the birds and all of the other sounds of nature. Those tree frogs provided quite a chorus in the evenings! I highly recommend this host and location.”
