“We had a great stay at the Southbay property. It was nice that there was a cooler & a wagon to take to the beach everyday. The walk to the beach is maybe 10 minutes. You don’t have to worry about traffic because it’s though the Southbay property and other properties bordering it. If staying here bring your own beach chairs. The chairs are quite pricey at the beach. The gentleman who we rented the chairs from on the beach said some units have complimentary ones, he said ours did not. The pool was……

“This property is beautiful! It’s a large home with 2 of the bedrooms providing king size beds. The pool and hot tub were a hit with our group. The outdoor movie set up was amazing, we watched movies every night. The heater in the outdoor movie room was a great idea and made late night movie’s comfortable. This owner has really covered all the bases, we absolutely loved this accommodation!”

“This property is was not to the standards that the pictures made it out to be. The front door was all rusted, garage door full of dirt and mildew, front porch full of dirt and mud and the trash bags (not in a can) from the previous tenant were still there in the hot sun. We were ready to leave before even opening the door. Upon entering the rusted door, the stairs to the main level were sticky and flooring throughout the house. We felt like we were walking in a bar that hadn’t cleaned their……
