“We had a great stay and Alice was very responsive to our questions. Unit was clean and everything was as advertised. It was nice having the small washer/dryer in the unit. View was amazing as shown! We would definitely stay here again when in Destin! Getting in and out of the property is a little tricky with all the traffic but a great location.”

“The condo is clean, nicely decorated, and has a beautiful view. The location is close by several restaurants, bars, and stores. I recommend booking beach chairs through Dolce Vita in advance if you want a seat closer to the water. The tiki bar at the resort has servers that come take your food and drink orders on the beach. It was fabulous! Bob, the host, is great! Excellent communication throughout the entire booking process and stay. Check-in was quick and easy. The elevators can get a bit……

“The Condo was just exactly as listed. Very nice & clean . Location was perfect for doing all the things . We enjoyed our stay . Just a few things that were not great, but definitely not a deal breaker of choosing this location again. The dryer on our floor was not working & I had to take laundry up two floors to be sure they got dry. Parking was a hassle, bc there is not assigned parking. I was sad to not be able to put my chair in the edge of the ocean to watch my girls play. We did rent chairs……
