“This condo was perfectly situated at the resort! With 3 small kids, i wanted easy access to the beach, and this was it. Out the door and down the ramp to the beach or pool. No elevators needed unless getting to the car. Golf cart provided was a plus! Condo is remodeled, but parts of it felt dingy. The resort and facility made up for that. Beautiful views for the room and living room! Extended balcony for tanning at your room ! ”

“This was a great location. We did send time watching cobia swim within feet of the swimmers. 13th floor very quiet.”

“I cant say enough about this property and the manager. She has been great with communicating everything you could possibly think of. The condo was clean, great view and had everything you needed. When she says just bring yourself and sunscreen she means it. We plan on coming back to in 2 years for or other daughters spring break and hope to stay in one of her rentals. ”

“Everything about this place is wonderful. Belinda has thought of everything. One of the cleanest places I have ever rented. There are beach items, wonderfully stocked kitchen, and so many extra touches along the way. Communication…Belinda knocks it out of the park. She was so helpful from my search to the end of our stay. Booking a place in the Destin area was initially very overwhelming, but Belinda helped walk me through the area. The first floor location was so convenient for coming and going……

“Absolutely loved the spacious condo. Had all we needed. Great location at the end of a hall, tucked away. Condo had lots of room for our family of four. Loved having the golf cart to ride around in. Super close walk to the beach. Would have been nice to have mats for the showers. ”

“It was an amazing week. Our family of 4 came to meet up with other school families, for our kids 8th grade trip! And I loved the location of the condo, and everything that was available in the condo-extra things I didn’t need to bring or buy, it was already there, so wonderful. Our other friends had to buy things like ketchup, garbage bags, dishwasher soap etc and all was supplied to us and I loved that. ”
