“The property was perfect for our trip. It had all the essentials for an 11 day stay. Upon arrival, after the once in a lifetime January snowstorm, the condo was very clean and welcoming. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, overlooking the Gulf and walking on the beach. It was beautiful. Communication with the owner was excellent. She was very responsive before, during and after our trip. She was friendly to chat with as well. The weather was cool, so we didn’t use the pools, but they were……

“The property was very nice. We enjoyed our stay after we got our parking pass and beach/pool code. We prepaid as directed in order to have the parking and pool codes since we knew we might be running late and the office closed at 4 on Sunday. I texted to be sure it would be available to us and received a message that no, it wouldn’t be, but we that was great because we could pick it up tomorrow. “This condo was perfect for our little group. The beach access was visible from our balcony, and we never had to go more than fifteen minutes away for anything we needed whether it was groceries, entertainment, or dinner. Fudpuckers and Pompano Joes were both close and excellent places to eat. The condo itself had everything we needed, and smelled clean and fresh when we walked in. Overall, we had a blast and would definitely recommend this condo. ”

“We loved the location and the amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our Thanksgiving cooking. The beds were comfortable and the decks were a favorite gathering spot! Only thing we could have used were a few more bath towels but we had access to wash them. ”

“Very nice condo, it worked very good for my wife and I. Its right on a canal, so we'd sit out there in the morning and see ducks, fish and turtles. Everyone in the development was nice as well. Wish we would've had a chance to golf the 9 holes that are in amongst the units(there were clubs in the condo, even lefties for my wife). It looked like a fun little course and you only need a wedge and a putter. Its also a short walk to get down on the beach as well. Check in/out was very easy. Would……
