“Having stayed at Waterscape numerous times, my wife was initially disappointed that private beach chair service was not included. Although the listing made that clear, she apparently overlooked that detail since it was always included in past bookings. This was a BIG deal since the service charges $50/day and she planned on being on the beach every day of the week. Nevertheless, the chairs supplied turned out to be quite nice -- plus had the added advantage of placing them anywhere we liked. ……

“This corner unit has a large nicely decorated living room with open floor plan. Bedrooms and living room all have balconies, some with gulf view. There's a great patio table on living room balcony. Nice bedding, comfy mattresses, well appointed kitchen. Free underground parking, upscale well maintained property. Never any trash or shabbiness anywhere in the common areas. Never waited on an elevator. Hot tubs and huge walk-in showers in each bedroom. Boat shuttle to beach makes you feel……

“We love staying in this unit! Laundry and elevator are located steps away for convenience. The balcony has a great view of the pool/ocean and the unit is plenty large for my family of five. The owner is always quick to respond and checks in with us at the beginning and end of our stay which I greatly appreciate.”

“Some reviews of others gave us some reservation of the place. My wife even asked me to buy bed bug spray before heading to FL. We would like to thank the owner for honoring the initial low asking price saving us some money from the last-minute rental. We were very glad we rent the unit instead of a hotel room. Certainly, the resort is not a 4*. So, we don't expect as such. It is better than 2* hotel. The check-in was quick. The unit is quite spacious. There are two large queen-size beds compared……

“The location was fantastic! The pools and beach were amazing and just outside the doors - so convenient! My 3 year old granddaughter was with us and it couldn't have been more perfect. Finding a condo with 2 king suites is so hard. The condo had everything we needed. A few things could be upgraded. YES, the beds are really creaky, but comfy. The outdoor furniture could be upgraded but we could see great from the patio, and the beach chairs are old and heavy, so we just didn't use them. ……
