“Our stay was great. Quiet and the condo was very clean! There is a code to the pool that was not in the welcome book. I called the Property management place and advised them of this but they stated there is no code, I explained to them yes there is because the gate has a key pad on it and it doesn't open without a code. They told me to use the condo code that opened our condo, that didn't work either. We ended up asking a neighbor. Maybe having that code in the welcome book would help. Other……

“Wonderful location with pool and beach just steps away. There’s a ramp instead of stairs leading to the beach which is great for bringing your stuff. “Summerwind is a great place to stay the views, pier access and just an overall well run complex. Our condo was beautiful and our host was very nice! I just have two things I’d improve 1) more carts to carry your stuff out when your checking out (Saturday was so busy with everyone leaving we had to carry our stuff out in three trips) 2) move the visitor parking towards the back ( we had to park so far away from our complex when there was 4 visitor spots close to the front.
