“This property was awesome. It was in a quiet neighborhood and it was only about 8 mins from the beach. If you didn’t feel like going to the beach, you didn’t have to it was in the backyard. You had the sand, palm trees, a pool, a hot tub, a shower to wash the sand off like at the beach, and a fire pit. There was also a guest house/ game room with everything you needed for family fun. You want be disappointed if you rent this property. ”

“The location was perfect! Close to the Gulf and the Sound. The house is spacious and appears very clean. The master bedroom and bath however were not cleaned well (hair in shower, trash on floor) and we soon discovered our socks were turning black after walking across the floors. Communication with Vacasa was always very pleasant. The electronic lock failed on our 3rd evening after hours. I called and was told someone local would contact me shortly and fix is as the battery seemed to be……

“Our stay was a great experience something I have not always enjoyed from previous rental because the pictures may show one thing but you get to the place and it's not what you expected. This house live up to all of my expectations and more. From the moment we walked in the door we was happy we chose this place. Then you walk up the first flight of stairs and see the spectacular view then that take you to another whole level of WOW! After seeing the first level I didn't think it could get any……
