“The property was very nice and clean overall. The number of pools and set was great and excellent beaches. There’s plenty of restaurants and entertainment within walking distances. The only downside is that there are a TON of kids. If you’re looking for a more mature atmosphere you may want to look elsewhere. But, it wasn’t awful if you don’t mind. My wife and I would return with the rest of our family again.”

“Nice, clean stay while traveling for business training. I did not care for the shared micro-pier with connecting condo properties. This feature was not listed in the property description. There is not a walkway throught the sand between the houseboat and parking lot.”

“The house was really cute and decorated with a fun retro theme. We had all the amenities of home on vacation. The place was clean and neighborhood was quite. We really enjoyed our stay and loved having our dog with us. Also having all the fans was a nice touch. It was air-conditioned but we love sleeping with fans on. Honestly we have no complaints about anything. It was a nice trip!”

“We had a baby shower at the Oyster and everything turned out perfect. It was enough parking as well as enough tables for all the food. The house came supplied with a lot of amenities which was nice. ”

“Wow, this place was beautiful! Super clean and amenities galore! Well stocked kitchen and shampoo etc provided for guests! Owner was extremely communicative and would get back almost immediately if I had any questions! Very professional and helpful. It was also decorated very cute and loved the towel that was made into a stingray on the bed, like you would see on a cruise! Definitely would recommend this place! ”

“This was a really nice property and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The home had all the kitchen and bathroom basics that one would need. Our host was helpful and even included a handy informational packet containing a variety of information on the home and FWB in general. The assortment of beach equipment was fantastic and even included toys for our little one to enjoy. The proximity to the dog park just across the street was perfect for our pup. She loved hitting the beach and……

“We stayed here late May for a weekend getaway. When we got there our door code didn't work so we had to call vacasa, the managing property company. Waited on the phone for 20 minutes before someone answered and they changed the code and we got in. Then, we quickly realized the tvs weren't connected to the wifi. While trying to connect them we realized the wifi password didn't work and had to call and wait another 40 minutes to get that resolved. The TV in the living room only had apple apps and……

“There were a few small glitches when we checked in, both of which Josh solved promptly and efficiently. We could not log onto the Wi-Fi network until we spoke with Josh on the phone, and he gave us the backup password. Also, we had trouble locking/unlocking the door until again Josh guided us through the process. My suggestion for explaining the process in the opening instructions would be as follows:“To open the door, use the electronic keypad that is installed on the door, not the manual one……

“Beautiful pool and quaint studio apartment. Location is in the middle of all the activities and on the intercoastal waterway. Great for kayaking. The apartment needs some minor repairs and you can tell it is old. But, especially for the price it was great. ”
