“We were contacted by the manager many times to make sure our stay was wonderful. It was great that the reservation included two beach chairs and wasn’t too far of a walk to the beach! The only complaint we have is it could be a little cleaner. Nothing overly gross just could use a deep clean.”

“Got to town early, was able to check in early, comfortably slept 6 adults and 7 kids, golf cart made store trips so easy, literally just over a short block to ocean, beach is full of cool wild life, kids will remember this forever, will definitely come back to this same gated community ”

“We had a great stay at the Southbay property. It was nice that there was a cooler & a wagon to take to the beach everyday. The walk to the beach is maybe 10 minutes. You don’t have to worry about traffic because it’s though the Southbay property and other properties bordering it. If staying here bring your own beach chairs. The chairs are quite pricey at the beach. The gentleman who we rented the chairs from on the beach said some units have complimentary ones, he said ours did not. The pool was……
