“We were contacted by the manager many times to make sure our stay was wonderful. It was great that the reservation included two beach chairs and wasn’t too far of a walk to the beach! The only complaint we have is it could be a little cleaner. Nothing overly gross just could use a deep clean.”

“We loved staying here! The owner was so nice and very accommodating when the AC was not working. Very quick and efficient and fixed it in no time. Recommend this place for sure! The neighborhood was quiet and nice and the pool was amazing.”

“We had a great stay at the Southbay property. It was nice that there was a cooler & a wagon to take to the beach everyday. The walk to the beach is maybe 10 minutes. You don’t have to worry about traffic because it’s though the Southbay property and other properties bordering it. If staying here bring your own beach chairs. The chairs are quite pricey at the beach. The gentleman who we rented the chairs from on the beach said some units have complimentary ones, he said ours did not. The pool was……

“The house is a good location to get the the beach easily.bedrooms are a good size. All appliances seemed new and worked great. ”

“Check-in process was easy. Condo was really clean. Beach was literally a 2 min walk and it was so close to the restaurants and stores. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip to Destin. Absolutely loved it there. ”

“Had a wonderful spring break in Destin with my family. Big Tuna was a lovely house. The pool was great and short walk to the beach. We ran out of gas for the grill and management was very responsive and replaced the tank the next day. I wish they had provided more dish soap and some of the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. Otherwise everything was great”

“Given the vast amount of rental options in Destin, we couldn't have been more happy with our choice! This place was fresh and clean, and the kids loved all the bathrooms! The pond in the backyard was beautiful. Zipping around in the golf cart was really fun.”

“The view is stunning.... everything else needs work. Check in was unorganized and there should have been a detailed notice on VRBO that there is a separate checkin process. Linen wasted throughly cleaned, dishes and utensils unorganized. No instructions on elevator, fireplace, or bycyles had a wait several days to use. Didnt figure out that hot is cold and cold is hot on several showers until the last night. Front porch pool with the screaming alarm was not advertised. Enter house is uneven? We……

“Very enjoyable stay. Loved being so close to the beach. The unit was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were both updated. Looking forward to staying again. ”
