“Nice place in a good location for us. We stayed over New Years Eve, and it was very cozy even though it was cold out. Big enough for family to stop by for the evening and spend some time. Quick drive to Letchworth to hike. Instant hot water heater is nice for showering. Electric blankets on the bed we loved also. “The owner was very accommodating, very good communication. Wonderful older farm house that is typical for the area. I would say some of the window blinds need replacing and the traffic during the day is fast but plenty of yard for our doggie to play. Overall graet place for a relaxing stay. We will be back!”
