“The hotel was spotless, my room was comfortable, the bed and were comfortable too. The staff couldn’t been more helpful, the food at Leisure’s Restaurant was excellent, both breakfast and dinner, bisque soup was out of this world and the service was fantastic! “The gentleman at check in was so friendly and welcoming! The room was clean. The hotel itself seems it needs minor touchups to not make it look run down. The heating/cooling unit was making rattling noises when it wasn’t even on. Assuming it was from the wind outside. As for Hotels.com, I am unsure if we will book again. Seems it was a hassle at check in. They tried 3x to charge my card again for the entire cost. It flagged my card. ”

“The hotel itself was fairly clean. The heat didn't work all the time. Other than the check in didn't really see hotel staff until we checked out. The hotel was quiet. I did like that there was a refrigerator and microwave. The refrigerator was iced over but it was still working. The microwave was not working properly we finally got it to work. “The front desk person Arthur, was an absolute gem. We had a room next to someone who was incredibly noisy and he was very professional and efficient and helped us change our room to somewhere quieter. This man deserves a raise for sure.”
