“Quiet neighborhood near great park, restaurants, breweries, groceries etc. friendly neighbors. Liked the alley parking at the back of property. Had Grands with us-fenced in back yard and Waite Park with wading pool across the street perfect! Open basement stairs with crawling baby kept us on our toes. ”

“Great place to stay. Check in and check out were very easy for us. We used one of the rollaway beds downstairs, and it was very comfortable. We would stay there again if we make another trip to the area.”

“In town for our son's wedding. Not being from Minnesota, we had no idea of town names. Manor on the River was an absolute perfect for our stay. Champlin was close to all events and there are stores close by for any items not packed. The house itself is simply stunning. We had 14 people, including 2 little ones, and everyone had plenty if room. The park across the street was an added bonus. Brian, the host, was easy to communicate with and made sure all was in order for our stay. The home is……
