Location is very nice for families or people wanting a lake experience. We wanted to go downtown and that was a jaunt.”

“We have family in the north suburbs of Minneapolis, so this was a good location for us. We appreciated the large space and used all four bedrooms. Overall, it served us well. The various remodelings, however, are obviously DIY projects and not well done. The bathroom counter was not solidly attached to the wall, and we were nervous about even leaning on it. A curtain rod pulled out while we were there—the bracket was screwed directly into the drywall without any kind of anchor. Etc., etc.……

“Between the location (just off I35E/694 and near all things Maplewood) and space, this house was just what we needed. More spacious than it seems from the outside, we were pleasantly surprised. With 6 of us, we did not feel cramped at all. Well stocked kitchen and bath and washer/dryer were very useful. I would definitely stay here again. ”
