“Stayed here for a 4th time. Great value apartments close to all amenities in good location. Communication on this occasion was a bit of a let down. Was told to communicate through WhatsApp for door codes which we had to ring several times. Code was not working on check in and we had to make further calls on arrival bathroom toilet seat was broken Communicated this on WhatsApp and still never received a response. Saying this the apartment is great, good value for money and tidy. ”

“I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in for a 4-night stay but i only lasted 1 night. I will not use this hotel again and do not recommend anyone staying there.”
