“Marilyn's place was the perfect location to Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs on the golf cart that was provided. The house was clean the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need (but we really didnt use it). If you forgot something the house was sure to have it. Very quiet neighborhood we hardly seen anyone around. The only complaint I have was the bed was to hard for our liking.. We both would wake up with back aches (or my whold body) and slept out on couches our last 2 nights. Mark……

“Vicki was an excellent host. Property was adequate, however lacked some normal items at other VRBO properties. Excellent TV, however little to techy for ld man like me. Would recommend.”

“We had a 2 night stay so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the villa. Overall it’s a nice villa. I don’t care for carpet but I did know that ahead of time. We couldn’t get the lights over the vanity to work in the bathroom and some confusing information on where to leave the garbage. And yes it is a hassle trying to get the towels and sheets washed before the 10am check out time. We rented this villa due to its close proximity to the square.”

“This was a lovely property. The best part by far is the porch that overlooks a golf hole. A few pieces of feedback for the property owner. Because renters will likely choose to rent here for a longer duration of time you may want to consider the following updates/upgrades: - Update cable TV package beyond basic cable or advise renters that they will need a streaming service such as a Roku. We had to purchase and setup a Roku. - 1 or 2 non stick fry pans - Non breakable cups/glasses - Change……

“Overall the property was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms were good-excellent, but slightly dated. No big deal. The grounds and location were excellent with proximity with the lake, shops, dining, etc. Perhaps it was a bit on the expensive side, but there were a lot of amenities to support the higher cost.
