“Good location to town and lake ”

“I was expecting a room with an adjacent bathroom and was quite pleasantly surprised to find an entire, neatly kept apartment in a nice, new development close to where we wanted to be! Instructions for access were clearly communicated, and this place was a very pleasant retreat for our evenings after long days. Only thing missing is there is no pool.”

“The property was perfect for me. Central location to food, shopping, Lake Dora, etc. Quiet neighborhood. The pictures of the property were accurate. Overall a great experience! If i’m back in Tavares, this is where i will stay again. It felt like “home away from home” for sure!”

“Stayed here while I was in town for a fishing tournament . This place is beautiful, clean and it’s right on the water. It really felt like paradise , really nice owners as well will definitely be coming back. ”

“Beautiful grounds and perfect unit for those who are light sleepers. Two separate spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds and bedding and nice kitchenette. Smelled wonderful and very clean upon entry. Each room had their own king size bed and large TV’s. Great location within walking distance to downtown and Lake Dora. Stephen the Property Manger/Owner was very responsive and communicative. Well priced for what you get! Would definitely stay again.”

“The studio itself was really nice and we enjoyed the stay. Only issue we had was that there was no thermostat in our room and we were constantly getting extremely hot, especially at night. We both sweat all night because of how warm and muggy the air was. We were constantly having to text one of the property managers to please turn the temperature down and it would last a couple hours before it felt like the room temp had creeped back up around 80. ”

“Simple and adequate space right on the bike path and 100 yards from the central strip. Jason responded promptly to my questions. I would absolutely stay here again.”

“The apartment was very charming and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is very close to downtown that had everything we loved doing.. shopping, eating and a cocktail or two. Our only hiccup was obtaining the golf cart that we rented. Was very complicated but after several texts with the host we were on the road. Only other item that kept me from giving 5 stars was that the AC in the bedroom can be loud and maybe disturbing to light sleepers.All in all we had a great relaxing……
