“Great little private escape. A privacy fence around the yard was great for a little escape. The sound of chickens in the morning was super fun. Downtown Winter Garden was a fun little walk and the market was a fun Saturday morning destination. ”

Walking distance to all the shops and across the street from the West Orange Trail. Great trails for miles!Exceptionally clean and spacious bedroom. I will be going back with my wife and will try to book this again. ”

“I was expecting a room with an adjacent bathroom and was quite pleasantly surprised to find an entire, neatly kept apartment in a nice, new development close to where we wanted to be! Instructions for access were clearly communicated, and this place was a very pleasant retreat for our evenings after long days. Only thing missing is there is no pool.”

“Beautiful grounds and perfect unit for those who are light sleepers. Two separate spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds and bedding and nice kitchenette. Smelled wonderful and very clean upon entry. Each room had their own king size bed and large TV’s. Great location within walking distance to downtown and Lake Dora. Stephen the Property Manger/Owner was very responsive and communicative. Well priced for what you get! Would definitely stay again.”

“The studio itself was really nice and we enjoyed the stay. Only issue we had was that there was no thermostat in our room and we were constantly getting extremely hot, especially at night. We both sweat all night because of how warm and muggy the air was. We were constantly having to text one of the property managers to please turn the temperature down and it would last a couple hours before it felt like the room temp had creeped back up around 80. ”

“The space is cozy, lovely, acros the water for nice views. I stayed to attend my daughter’s softball tournament the week and it was just what we needed. She came to have dinner with me most nights drove her home and the area was safe and lovely. I wish there was an oven or airfryer. I totally missed that in the description of the property. That would make the status even more perfect ”
