“Extremely well trained personell with a good attitude, impressively good english and of great help. First impression was very good. Rooms super small, so don’t expect much here. But very comfortable bed, and well functioning air condition in the room. Shared bathroom, but it was good standard and super clean. Food in the restaurant was high end. It was very very good food. The area just outside the hotel is not the best, but it’s not too far to walk to for example Ebisu where you have everything……

“Vibrant and interesting location. Extremely convenient w even a 24-he supermarket nearby! Beautiful and spacious room with nice deco. We’ll equipped w things we just need. The open private rooftop space was a pleasant surprise. ”

“The staff are helpful. We love the location as it is a walkable distance to train station and it is easy to go to Shibuya, Harajuku, Tokyo Station. Very suitable for families. ”

“房间在日本算大，在国内只是普通。特意问前台要了个看东京塔房间。酒店内的意大利餐厅出品很棒，下午到晚上看着都是座无虚席。早餐品质非常棒，水果居然有蓝莓，樱桃和金奇异果。日餐虽然不错，性价比不高。游泳池和SPA都还可以。但是游泳池健身房对非HYATT会员收费。酒店周围有商场，食街，美术馆，展望台，适合休闲游，但是不太适合初次到东京游客。”

“it's a new choice in tokyo, but the location is not very convenice between shibuya and harajuku, you need get a taxi to the hotel from shibuya station, their staff are nice, but the room smaller than the photos, i've stayed in " ace hotel " in LA and London, this single room is samller, and maybe it's summer time so i spend $32560 yen one night , but I think this price you can find more larger room or good location in Tokyo, but their brunch is good, you should try it!”
