“Hotel was somewhat difficult to find as it is tucked in towards thw slopes away from the road. Once we got there, check-in was smooth and staff friendly. Liked the ski valet, but didn't care for it being in the "basement". The Sauna didn't work when we were there and the Hot Tub was also acting up and not working well. Our club arranged a private dinner event, but left it open for all of the hotel guests to attend resulting in running out of food and our club members not getting any or scraps.……

“I never saw they charge for parking when I booked and it wasn't in the email confirmation. The staff had to ask if I drove and there would be a $10 charge for parking. It isn't that much about the money, but the fact management puts their staff in a difficult situation to have to ask for the $10. I stayed in mid May during the off season and the parking lot filled up. The lot is small and will fill up fast. It is a nice and clean newer hotel. Just charge everyone $5 more so the staff don't need……
