“Conveniently located just a short walk to both gondolas at Steamboat, the Grand was a great stay for our family’s ski trip. I would shop it against the Sheraton next door for a price comparison as we had friends staying there and it was surprisingly upscale and closer to the slopes. ”

“Stayed here last week-end 1/24-1/25/25. Initially received a key to the wrong room. Unknown to us, we unpacked, went skiing, and went to the hot tub. Later in the day when staff realized what had happened they were very prompt, courteous and efficient in correcting the problem. I'm sure it was an awkward situation for all but the management staff and other staff made it as smooth as could be. Nice work! Would definitely stay here again. “The advantage to Timber Run was the free transportation to/from the ski slopes. It has to be around 30+/- years old but maintenance is lacking in some areas. It had all the basics but there's no zip to it. Our parking lot had frozen ice everywhere, while the different name grouping next door had clean parking areas. ”
