“I booked this property to help my daughter move. At the last minute my husband went instead of me. He is an asthmatic with lots of allergies so he usually stays at a hotel when he goes to Kingston. He loved the property and did end up booking an extra night, the place was clean and the perfect location to downtown and Queen's University. We will book this place without reservation anytime we are in Kingston.”

“Loved it, perfect size. Great spot to relax, and meet up with our kids to attend ones Convocation from Queen's University. Wish the weather was warmer and dryer to enjoy more of the beautiful outdoors. I tried to add a couple photos, but could not get them to load here. Sorry ”

“This was a one star experience. Must be old student housing cheaply turned in to a rental property. Hardly any furniture, cold rooms, not enough blankets , bleak and depressing. Would not recommend or stay here again. In fact this is strike two with vrbo. Im done. ”

“Andrey was an amazing host and was very responsive. His cottage was a great cozy getaway on a small lake, with water toys available. He was very responsive to any questions I had and provided so many great recommendations for activities and food around the area. Highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to have a nice quiet weekend away!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. The kids loved fishing off the dock and watching the swans and their young. We only saw 2 towels out for our party of 7 but on the last day when doing my final check of the house to make sure we had everything, I checked in the drawers of the dressers that were in each room and did find extra towels and linens in there. It was too late for us but hopefully that will help the next group that rents the home :) The only other issue we had was the garbage. We……
