Three of us were there staying over for three nights and the hotel staffs were super attentive and catered to our every needs. Their breakfast staffs are very helpful, happy, greeted us every morning with genuine helps. “A fabulous hotel situated on an elevated position in lovely quiet Bitez, with stunning views across the bay. All hotel staff were professional, friendly and approachable. Breakfast in the beautiful airy and bright restaurant was lovely, also with full view of the bay. Our room (suite) was very spacious, clean and modernly furnished. The bed was possibly the comfiest I've ever slept in. Bus stops within 5 mins walk from hotel. Restaurants, bars and supermarket all close by. Loved……

“We loved this property, but it does need some renovation to the second outdoor swimming pool which wasn’t available. We were also given no warning about The Beach facilities not being available and we were told there was a shuttle service to and from The Beach but this also wasn’t available. It was disappointing as we wanted a beach holiday. The hotel was lovely, but we probably wouldn’t have stayed there if we had known there were no beach facilities.
