“Spacious room with most basic equipment for cooking. Air conditioning is also available. Room amenities quite well maintained. Staff are very nice and helpful.
Great location, very near to Farnborough Main train station, and 20 mins walk to Farnborough North. Also very close to the Meads shopping centre with many shops and restaurants.
Rooms facing the road might hear more noise from cars passing by.
It would be better if the bath tub is changed to shower to avoid water splashing on the floor,……

“They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations. ”

“The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. We had everything we needed - including a hob and oven, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, as well as the standard hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation.

“Where do I start
The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation.
This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation
The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible
My food had to be stored insecurely
