“The best hotel atmosphere I have been to, and the kindest, friendliest people I have met in Turkey.
Hotel is 10 min walk to Uzungöl lake, while everywhere in Uzungöl is beautiful so it’s fun to walk around. Room was comfortable, very clean, with nice balcony (photo attached is from my balcony). Real homey place, hope to visit again.

Despite paying through Expedia, the hotel receptionist charged me again on-site, and I never got my money back.
The food options were very limited, which was especially inconvenient given the remote mountain location.
Additionally, everything had to be paid for in cash and the bathroom smelled absolutely terrible.”
“Absolutely fantastic experience. I've been to many hotels around Trabzon and this was simply the best. The suite was very clean, modern, had all kinds of useful amenities, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Special shout-out to Abu Anas for his great hospitality and his eagerness to accommodate our every need. They accidentally slightly overcharged us and he went out of his way to let us know and was adamant about giving us a cash refund. Absolutely class act. 10/10 stay.”
