“Lack of staff at reception for check-in. I checked in and being asked to obtain a credit card, when I am getting in, someone come to ask to solve a problem. I have been waiting patiently for few mins but not solved yet. And I drive the car out to wander around the site for another 20 mins and return. The staff is still talking to that person to solve the problem. I don’t want to be rude but I spent more than enough time in waiting for someone to cut me out and finish the check in finally at 8pm.……

“Overall, the stay was enjoyable—beds were very comfortable, rooms were spacious, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Definitely ticked the boxes for comfort. However, a few things could be improved. There wasn’t a good range of late-night snacks, and nothing could be ordered after 9pm. “This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and clean. The train station is a 15 minute walk away as is the local shopping centre. The club next door provides good meals. Our only criticism is with the size of the bath towels and the fact that consumables such as milk and toilet paper are not replenished when the stay is longer than 1 night.”
