“所有前枱服務員沒有笑容和不耐煩，因為上到房間發現馬桶按去水制鬆脫而需要維修，可能覺得麻煩，所以有點黑面，還好企在旁邊的兩位小哥哥包括幫忙寄存行李和每次出門詢問是否需要車，告訴他我們已經有車他們還笑容滿面，最後一天還問需要車到車站，在好奇之下問了一下車需要多少錢後再回答不用了，小哥哥還很有禮貌地回答沒問題再送我們出酒店，回說酒店方面本以為這麼多年的酒店感覺應該有點舊和有發霉味道，但這酒店原全沒有感覺幾整潔，今次的4星是給兩位小哥哥和其他服務員”

“My wife and I had a wonderful amazing stay at this property. This B&B is nestled in a quiet, friendly, clean and hospitable little village within a 10 minute walk to the 'Middle' Gate of the Zhangjiajie Forest National Park. The location is made even more peaceful by the mountains and open meadow facing the poolside of the property. It is located away from direction of where all the tour buses would usually turn to drop off tourists near the park entrance. Ken, the Duty Manager, and his staff……

“I was a little skeptical when booking this stay due to a lack of review availability. I was later told that this was their first time on Expedia. That being said, I’m very glad to have booked this stay. Mr. Wang did a great job, he was always available, did his best to give recommendations and communicate. He even made sure that I ate and was comfortable. I stayed in tent 2 which had a gorgeous view. This was a perfect place to stay for a few nights stay, but even if you wanted to stay longer……

“Hospedagem maravilhosa. Tivemos atenção total dos hosts She Zhuhai e seu marido Lee. Auxiliaram em transporte, reservas de atrações, alimentação etc. Eu e minha esposa, como não falantes do chinês, não tivemos qualquer dificuldade, pois os anfitriões fizeram de tudo para nos oferecer o melhor. Café da manhã estilo chinês raiz, experiência única. O quarto bastante confortável, no nível de um hotel de luxo. Valeu a pena ficar em Tianzishan, ao invés de Zhangjiajie ou Wulingyuan, pois para chegar……

“It was the most frustrating hotel for years of my experience. Which is 50 countries, 180 cities, over 300 hotels. No telephone, iron, TV set in the room. It is very cold in the whole motel. Only two rooms were occupied inc ours. Cheapest sleepers one can imagine. Meal was better in chinese university, where i studied 30 years ago. Dead bird and cigarettes at balcony. Extremely cold in bathroom and no privacy from living room. Pictures on Hotels.com are nice and starring high but in reality it is……
