“Cons- Very far from most tourist destinations, expect to spend more money on taxi, and hotel adds surcharge to book cabs. Insect comes into the room because it's in forest area. Air Conditioning in Hotel isn't the best, it is just sufficient, but room remains warm. No restaurants other than hotel's own restaurants. Expect to pay slightly more for hotel food. Pros - Staff very helpful and respond very quickly. Hotel is new and clean. Hotel right next to one tourist attraction, but that's about……

“They offer pickup as it is a bit far from the entrance. The service is very good and we had meals with nice mountain view. Enjoyed the stay!”

“住過幾間政府的接待賓館都有愉快的回憶，這家也許位在中西部開發中，房間清潔設備還沒到位，服務也缺乏親切熱忱，相對好的環境地理位置是美中不足。”

“所有前枱服務員沒有笑容和不耐煩，因為上到房間發現馬桶按去水制鬆脫而需要維修，可能覺得麻煩，所以有點黑面，還好企在旁邊的兩位小哥哥包括幫忙寄存行李和每次出門詢問是否需要車，告訴他我們已經有車他們還笑容滿面，最後一天還問需要車到車站，在好奇之下問了一下車需要多少錢後再回答不用了，小哥哥還很有禮貌地回答沒問題再送我們出酒店，回說酒店方面本以為這麼多年的酒店感覺應該有點舊和有發霉味道，但這酒店原全沒有感覺幾整潔，今次的4星是給兩位小哥哥和其他服務員”

“Overall a very good place to stay. Very close to the National Forest attractions. Staff will need translator to communicate. They can’t understand English but they are very helpful and friendly. Special mention to the waitress Li Ping on our floor. She was very helpful and took care of use very well. ”
