“所有前枱服務員沒有笑容和不耐煩，因為上到房間發現馬桶按去水制鬆脫而需要維修，可能覺得麻煩，所以有點黑面，還好企在旁邊的兩位小哥哥包括幫忙寄存行李和每次出門詢問是否需要車，告訴他我們已經有車他們還笑容滿面，最後一天還問需要車到車站，在好奇之下問了一下車需要多少錢後再回答不用了，小哥哥還很有禮貌地回答沒問題再送我們出酒店，回說酒店方面本以為這麼多年的酒店感覺應該有點舊和有發霉味道，但這酒店原全沒有感覺幾整潔，今次的4星是給兩位小哥哥和其他服務員”

“My wife and I had a wonderful amazing stay at this property. This B&B is nestled in a quiet, friendly, clean and hospitable little village within a 10 minute walk to the 'Middle' Gate of the Zhangjiajie Forest National Park. The location is made even more peaceful by the mountains and open meadow facing the poolside of the property. It is located away from direction of where all the tour buses would usually turn to drop off tourists near the park entrance. Ken, the Duty Manager, and his staff……

“We visited the hotel in off season so we have to expect that it is not up to full operation. I believe we were on two guests in this 900 plus room resort. The assistant manager was so helpful to us with researching things to do and places to eat in the area which made things much easier. The rooms were big and comfortable so no complaints there. I took advantage of the inexpensive in-house massages. Easy to get around using Didi. Would probably stay here again. ”

“Overall a very good place to stay. Very close to the National Forest attractions. Staff will need translator to communicate. They can’t understand English but they are very helpful and friendly. Special mention to the waitress Li Ping on our floor. She was very helpful and took care of use very well. ”

“My room was upgraded to executive suite. Room is large and clean with a lot of facilities. Staff are very polite and helpful. My stay in the hotel is very enjoyable experience.”

“It was the most frustrating hotel for years of my experience. Which is 50 countries, 180 cities, over 300 hotels. No telephone, iron, TV set in the room. It is very cold in the whole motel. Only two rooms were occupied inc ours. Cheapest sleepers one can imagine. Meal was better in chinese university, where i studied 30 years ago. Dead bird and cigarettes at balcony. “If you want to stay in the country side with no room service, no restaurant, outdoor bathroom (which I don’t recommend in the winter) then this is the hotel for you. It is probably not the best option for tourists that are visiting Zhangjiajie as it in an isolated area. The hotel itself is clean, and the views are amazing! It was a good experience but it wasn’t what I had hoped.”

“Cons- Very far from most tourist destinations, expect to spend more money on taxi, and hotel adds surcharge to book cabs. Insect comes into the room because it's in forest area. Air Conditioning in Hotel isn't the best, it is just sufficient, but room remains warm. No restaurants other than hotel's own restaurants. Expect to pay slightly more for hotel food. Pros - Staff very helpful and respond very quickly. Hotel is new and clean. Hotel right next to one tourist attraction, but that's about……
