“The house is lovely in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds are nice and very comfortable. Plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. The kitchen is spacious and easy to cook in. 2 washers and 2 dryers meant keeping up with laundry was easy.Dark skies at night allow you to see the stars from the hot tub and in the morning you can smell the cedars and hear the birds singing. There were deer, squirrels, birds and other wildlife in the backyard with a covered porch where you can sit and relax……

“We like the location. Not too crowded. The backyard is fun. Have stayed before and would stay again. It’s a little overstocked with kitchen supplies.”

“We had a great time at the “Off the hook” cabin! The house was amazing and the property was absolutely gorgeous! The house was spacious, beautiful and perfect for the 10 of us. Great place for adults and kids. We would definitely stay there again!”

“We had a fabulous week at French Creek Inn. It is in an incredible setting. Love drifting off to sleep listening to the creek at night. Great location to ATV and explore the area. Carey dome lookout. Marshall lake and Burgdorf hot springs are all worth the trip.Hosts are wonderful. Hope to return again.”

“This is our third time at the McCall Cottage. It is always clean and comfortable with great supplies and amenities. We enjoyed our time on the deck watching the deer. Only thing we saw that needs attention was the bar stools are starting to get wobbly and needs some tightening. We will be back.”

“The property is perfectly nestled in the woods, with a club house just down the street. Every room was well stocked with soft blankets and nice pillows. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and shampoos and conditioner just in case you forgot your own. There were tons of spices and cooking utensils. We decided to cook burgers on the bbq. It was tough to get it started and the bbq could use a bit of cleaning. We cleaned it after our use but others hadnt in the past. My only issue was with……

“Our family takes an annual trip to McCall and we all had a wonderful time. Our VRBO was well maintained inside and out, and a few minutes away is downtown, grocery shopping, the lake, bike rental, etc. - it truly was perfect for our family. ”

Upon Arrival we were pleasantly surprised at how great this home actually was! From the expansive all-wood log cabin beams, to the cozy fireplace, and well-laid-out common and sleeping areas. The kitchen had everything we needed, A nice secluded neighborhood, Well-functioning hot tub and more. The living area was cozy and connected to the dining and kitchen areas……
