“We were attending bike races. While the resort was beautiful it had its limitations. Very few restaurants were open, also the shops weren’t all open. I understand it’s not their busy season, but there were over 500 people attending the races. We were expecting food vendors, or even food trucks. We had to drive 30 minutes to another town for restaurants and groceries. Convenient for watching the races, but not for other things. ”

“Price and checking in was fine. Our particular room did not have a night lock. No physical pin and rack lock, or secondary flip lock on doorhandle mechanism. At 8 in the morning, I'm laying in bed, I hear beep and someone is in my damn room. I'm sure a mistake and my comment was a bit curt and filthy. two things... need night locks and teach staff to knock and wait. ”

“We're not into frills for overnight stays and this small, family run motel fits the bill perfectly. The bed was large and very comfortable...could have used additional pillows...dining options are within a short walking distance.”
