“Beautiful, well managed hotel with very service minded staff. A little bit offside from the busy Nah Trang city centre, but if you are looking for accommodation with peace and quiet this is it. Full size gym, big pool and a couple of minutes to the beach. I felt right at home.”

Although the facilities and location are nice, the stay was not good value for money - the room was dirty on arrival, the water was cold, the hairdryer broken, and the luggage nearly an hour late - this all made arrival surprisingly bad. There were no amenities or welcome items to the room. I shared this with management and responses to sort this out were late and could have been dealt with……
