So unless you bought a Vietnam sim or have your own WiFi you cannot use the app. I suggest they improve WiFi around property if they insist on customers using the app. Additionally we booked a room that slept 4 and had a bed and sofa bed in the photos. “The facilities are well maintained. There are various activities for young children to play. We like the archery and water park. I am surprised that toys are provided at the beach. However, there are few things we would like to suggest for improvement: 1. Too few washrooms nearby the restaurants. “Fantastically beautiful resort, where every detail has been thought of from the entrance to the sea! The vibe is cosy and the staff is very friendly. Everything is clean, stylish and on point. “小朋友在kidsdom 嘅體驗好滿意，也有很多給小朋友的活動👍 員工親切有禮。別墅內的地方很大，乾淨整潔，設備也充足。有機場接送巴，也有免費車到市區和碼頭，非常好。唯一缺點就是太少大人方面的體驗活動。商店也只有一小間。希望可以增加水上活動，例如香蕉船呀，小朋友的游泳設施等。整體體驗好滿意！下次有機會亦會再次入住，也會推介給朋友👍👍”

“酒店在珍珠岛上有优先权，进出游乐园的短驳车优先来接，这对于带孩子来说的家庭是个利好。房间整体不算新，但是服务真的很舒服，特别感谢会说中文的TIEN，任何时候任何事请都能及时协助帮忙，最后退房还为我们争取到下午两点，让两个孩子在房里舒舒服服的睡了个午觉。酒店免费提供从前一家酒店退房衔接到入住，以及退房后送机的服务，是专人专车，这点也特别贴心。总体入住体验很好，从餐厅到前台以及接送小哥，都很亲善，对孩子们很友好，特别感谢。”

“We were looking forward to staying here, but the overall stay was disappointing and frustrating. Although the facilities and location are nice, the stay was not good value for money - the room was dirty on arrival, the water was cold, the hairdryer broken, and the luggage nearly an hour late - this all made arrival surprisingly bad. There were no amenities or welcome items to the room. I shared this with management and responses to sort this out were late and could have been dealt with……

"The hotel was good but I found it annoying that they insist on you using their app to book activities and order food but they do not have WiFi around the property. Only in the main lobby. So unless you bought a Vietnam sim or have your own WiFi you cannot use the app. I suggest they improve WiFi around property if they insist on customers using the app. Additionally we booked a room that slept 4 and had a bed and sofa bed in the photos. When we got there they said yes it has that but if we want the sofa bed opened and with bedding we need to pay 750,000 dong per night. I found this ridiculous as we picked the room because it had the bed and sofa bed and now they were trying to force us to pay for what we had already paid for. Their initial solution was to suggest we just upgrade to a villa for an additional cost. In the end after much negotiation they agreed to open the pull out sofa. I’m not sure how many others have been pressured to pay to open this sofa when they booked the room already because the photo showed it. I think it’s false advertising and really made me feel like they were scamming us. Food prices too high for what it is too."
