"I was a bit disappointed that they could not accommodate my request to be near elevators since I am unable to walk far without assistance, We were placed in the furthest room. Other than that stay was comfortable and staff were very friendly"

"The Hyatt isn’t what it used to be. It may have been in an older room on the 11th floor but there were parts of the carpet that were a little sticky in the bathroom floor was sticky as well. I had to wipe it down. There was also long brown hair on the outside of the toilet basin. Got an early check ..."
